DNA synthesis requests are separated into "Normal" and "Premium" categories depending on the manufacturability of the sequence. The relative prices and lead times for each category can be found in the chart above. If you would like to place an order, please send your sequence information through the below contact form and a representative will be in contact soon with an initial estimate.
PREMIUM DNA
Synplogen defines premium DNA as such sequences that are traditionally challenging to synthesize, such as GC rich sequences, repetitive sequences, or sequences that are difficult to clone in E. coli or yeast. Such sequences require unique technological approaches or specific know-how in order to synthesize successfully. Synplogen has successfully developed a synthesis platform that specializes in such sequences, and has an extensive track record to show for it.
DNA synthesis track record
More than 300 long-chain DNA designs have been synthesized so far throughout the development of the OGAB synthesis technology.
Sequences up to 100kbp in length, sequences with >85% GC content and also <5% have been successfully synthesized.

Combinatorial DNA libraries
Using combinatorial OGAB techniques, large long-chain DNA libraries can be created in a single reaction. Whether the goal is to increase the productivity of an existing target compound or create variation in the active sites of functional proteins, such libraries are a vital resource. Synplogen provides strategically curated sequence patterns in libraries of several thousand to several tens of thousands of designs based on your needs.
