• DNA SYNTHESIS

OGAB™ can synthesize DNA of various lengths up to 100 kbp, high/low GC content, containing repeat sequences, and other complex sequences.

DNA Synthesis Services (OGAB™)

STANDARD PREMIUM
< 15 kb 50-90/bp > ¥90/bp
15 - 100 kb - > ¥100/bp

At Synplogen, we classify the sequence type as "STANDARD" or "PREMIUM" after analyzing the difficulty of sequence synthesis based on the sequence data provided by our clients. DNA is synthesized according to the table above. Please provide us with sequence information via the contact form and we will provide you with a quote. We can also perform codon optimization upon request.

PREMIUM

“PREMIUM” is DNA that contains sequences with high/low GC content, sequences with repeat sequences, or sequences that are difficult to clone in E. coli or yeast. At Synplogen, we have extensive experience in synthesizing such DNA.

Delivery

For 10 kbp in “STANDARD”, delivery can be made in 20 business days or more; for “PREMIUM”, delivery can be made in 40 business days or more.

Delivery Form

  • Synthesized DNA is inserted into our standard vectors (E. coli and B. subtilis shuttle vectors) and delivered as a plasmid, dissolved in TE buffer. We can also deliver the product lyophilized upon request.
  • The synthesized DNA is sequenced to confirm that there are no errors with the requested sequence, and delivered with the sequencing data.
  • The standard delivery quantity is approximately 1 μg, but large quantities can be prepared at an additional cost.

DNA Library Construction Service (Combi-OGAB™)

Using our proprietary technology, Combinatorial-OGAB, we design and construct large and diverse DNA libraries tailored to our clients' needs. This makes it possible to search for optimal gene clusters for material production in a short period of time.
