DNA Synthesis Services (OGAB™)
Our OGAB™ method is the only technology in
the world that uses Bacillus subtilis for DNA synthesis. By using OGAB™, we can synthesize DNA for difficult
sequences with characteristics such as long chains over 100 kb, extremely high GC/AT
content, or repeat sequences. We can also handle sequences that cannot be cloned in E.
coli. In addition, we design and construct large-scale and diverse DNA libraries to meet
our clients' needs using Combinatorial-OGAB™
(Combi-OGAB™) method. All the synthesis work is carried
out in-house in Japan (Kobe), ensuring thorough information management.
Also, we have implemented biosecurity measures in compliance with the U.S. Office of
Science and Technology Policy (OSTP)’s Framework for Nucleic Acid Synthesis
Screening.
Biosecurity Compliance Declaration
Plasmid guaranteed yield: 1 μg (up to mg scale is available at an additional cost)
Insertion into a specified vector (whole synthesis) is also available at an additional
cost.
In addition to the above, if the synthesis is extremely difficult or if there are
additional requests for purification, test, or anything else, additional cost will be
incurred after further consultation.
* Synthesized DNA can only be used for R&D purposes.
Ultracentrifugal Plasmid Purification
Ultracentrifugal plasmid purification is carried out using CsCl/EtBr density gradient
ultracentrifugation method.

We guarantee 100% sequence accuracy for the synthesized DNA, analyzed by Sanger
sequencing and NGS.
DNA Library Construction Services
(Combinatorial-OGAB™
(Combi-OGAB™))
Using our proprietary Combinatorial-OGAB™(Combi-OGAB™) method, we design and construct large-scale, diverse DNA libraries to meet our clients’ needs. This enables our clients to search for the optimal DNA cluster for material production in a short period of time and limited resources.

We will send you an email on how to provide us with sequence information, along with an Excel file for requesting a quote. Please fill in the required information and send it back to us.

After receiving the file, we carefully examine whether we can synthesize the sequence.

If we find that the sequence you have requested can be synthesized, we will send you a quotation. Once you have accepted the quotation and placed your order, we will begin the synthesis work.
