• Viral Vector Preparation

Viral vectors are generated through DNA transfection. Synplogen is developing cell culture processes that result in sufficiently high titers for pharmacological and safety studies.

Viral Vector

Depending on the disease of interest, it is necessary to select the type and serotype of virus to be used for gene therapy.
Synplogen offers preparation services for the following vectors.
Packaging services for your plasmid DNA are also available upon request.
